Is Globe free to use?
Globe is free to download. A premium subscription (Globe Premium) is available to unlock unlimited daily facts and all categories.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings, your name, then Subscriptions on your iPhone, and select Globe to manage or cancel.
Does Globe work offline?
Yes. All fact cards are bundled directly in the app. No internet connection is required once the app is installed.
I noticed an incorrect fact. How can I report it?
Please email us with the fact details. We review all reports and update the content in future releases.
How do I change my topics or expertise level?
Open the Settings screen in the app. You can update your interest categories and expertise level at any time.
How do I delete my data?
Globe stores all data locally on your device. To delete it, simply delete the app from your iPhone. No data is stored on our servers.
